Very good value, well located, good sleeping conditions
This older hotel is superbly located near the heart of Milan, near the Duomo, La Scala, and the church containing The Last Supper. The hotel is located on a busy street, and the building across the street is being renovated, so I was a bit worried about possible noise. But the hotel’s windows are well insulated and I was able to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was good, although I was annoyed by the fact that we were charged for it after being told by someone at the front desk that it was included.
